Registration Procedure at Alnoor University.
The student must submit the following documents to the designated authority:
1- Original copy of the secondary school certificate, validated by the General Directorate of Education in the governorate, or other original documents (according to the admission channel), officially certified, no later than (24/4/2025). A written commitment regarding this must be submitted to the college registration office; otherwise, their acceptance will be canceled.
2- A colored copy of the Iraqi nationality certificate and civil status identity card or unified national card.
3- Three recent photographs.
4- Medical examination form (according to Health Fitness System No. 5 of 1990 and its specific regulations and conditions), with attention to the following:
a. The student will not be registered if the mentioned form is not submitted at all.
b. The original form must be submitted; copies will not be accepted.
c. The results of the examination will be noted by the authority to which the student has applied directly. If the student is deemed unfit for the program they have applied to, the “Higher Education Authority” will be consulted regarding their acceptance based on their health fitness.
d. The student has the right to appeal the examination results with the Committees Division / Appeal Committee at the Ministry of Health through the designated acceptance authority.
5- Accepted students commit that they have not previously had their enrollment terminated due to cheating or attempts thereof, or due to disciplinary sanctions.
