Administrative Affairs
The administrative affairs include the following division and units: –
The Division of Faculty Affairs is responsible for the following tasks:-
1- Managing human resources affairs at the university, organizing and handling personal files, and creating a comprehensive database for faculty members and lecturers, as well as preparing and periodically updating this database.
2- Receiving job applications and completing procedures for faculty members whose affiliation with the university has ended.
3- Monitoring faculty members’ start and end of service at the university, including following up on their return from various types of leave, resignation, and absence from work.
4- Tracking faculty attendance and their regular and medical leaves using the fingerprint system and maintaining records in accordance with university regulations and guidelines.
The Division of Employee Affairs is responsible for the following tasks:
1- Managing human resources affairs at the university, organizing and maintaining personal files, and creating a comprehensive database for employees, along with preparing and periodically updating this database.
2- Receiving job applications and completing the procedures for employees whose affiliation with the university has ended.
3- Monitoring employees' attendance and their return to work after taking various types of leave, resignation, or absence.4- Monitoring employee attendance, including regular and medical leaves, using the fingerprint system and maintaining records in accordance with the university's regulations and guidelines.
The Division of Employment and Staffing is responsible for the following tasks:
1- Providing assistance and support to all departments to facilitate the smooth operation of university activities.
2- Organizing the mail register for the outgoing correspondence unit.
3- Organizing the mail register for the incoming correspondence unit.
4- Issuing administrative orders related to teaching and staff positions.
5- Responding to correspondence from departments, sections, and units.
6- Following up on the verification of the authenticity of academic certificates for teaching and staff positions.
7- Forming permanent and temporary committees related to the execution of the university's tasks.
8- Sending faculty and staff on official missions.
9- Responding to inquiries from government departments.
10- Providing university staff with certificates confirming service continuation and salary amounts for various government departments.
The Division of Files and Electronic Documentation is responsible for the following tasks:
1- Contributing to the preservation of files and ensuring the confidentiality of their contents.
2- Organizing the files of faculty and staff, which contain their orders and official documents.
3- Storing all original documents related to the teaching and administrative staff in their designated files.
A unit called "Transitional Justice" was established, linked to the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs within the university’s organizational structure, based on University Order No. (2303) dated 26/6/2024, in reference to the ministerial order issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Department of Private Higher Education / University Supervision Division / Private University Supervision Section, No. (T H M / 19226) dated 1/11/2023.
The Transitional Justice Unit is responsible for the following tasks:
1- Following up and archiving data related to the category of martyrs and victims of terrorist operations among the university’s staff, including students, faculty, and employees.
2- The Transitional Justice Unit aims to acknowledge the victims, enhance individuals’ trust in state institutions, promote respect for human rights, and strengthen the rule of law as steps toward reconciliation and preventing further violations.
3- The Transitional Justice Unit refers to a set of judicial and non-judicial measures adopted by various countries to address the legacy of serious human rights violations. These measures include legal prosecutions, investigative committees, compensation programs, and various forms of institutional reforms.
