"Al-Noor University College has participated in the second joint international scientific conference entitled (Towards a moderate societal culture that rejects violence and terrorism and the role of universities and institutions concerned in consolidating it), which is held for the period 7th and 10th of March in the year 2023 at Salah al-Din University in Erbil in partnership with The Elders Organization and the Jadara University of Jadara.
The conference was attended by several researchers from Arab and Iraqi universities. Al-Noor University College's participation was represented by two research papers: one presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Saleh Hussein Ali titled "Establishing a Culture of National Unity to Reduce Violence," and another presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Fares Ahmed Ismail titled "Prohibition of Hate Speech in National and International Legal Frameworks."
