A professor at Al-Noor University College chairs a PhD Student Discussion Committee in the faculty of law at University of Mosul

Dr. Hassan Mohamed Ali Hassan Al-Banna, Professor in the Department of Law at Al-Noor University College, chaired the discussion committee for PhD student Khaldoun Fadil Ali Abbas on his thesis submitted to the Public Law Branch at the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul entitled (Legislative Policy in Disciplinary Sanctions). The discussion conducted on 2023/7/13, and the committee included Dr. Qaidar Abdul-Kader Saleh, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of law at the University of Mosul, Dr. Sarmad Riad Abdul-Hadi, Assistant Professor at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Fawaz Khalaf Zaher Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law at Tikrit University, Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Ahmed, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of law at the University of Mosul, and Dr. Naktal Ibrahim Abdul-Rahman, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul.
