In the midst of the participation of the delegation from Al-Noor University College in the sixteenth international conference on developments in electronic systems engineering, which is supported and sponsored by the college, the delegation headed by Prof. Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, Dean of the College, conducted scientific visits to a number of large and prestigious Turkish universities in Istanbul on the second day corresponding to 19/12/2023 to review the technical, scientific and urban development there and consult with officials about transferring experiences and signing agreements.
