Professor from Al-Noor University College specializing in law publishes a research on temporary alimony

Al-Anbar University Journal of Legal and Political Sciences, a peer-reviewed scientific journal, published a new research by Dr. Rana Saad Shaker, a professor in the Law Department at Al-Noor University College, under the title (The Legal Nature of the Temporary Alimony Decision). It is a research that stems from the idea of the fear of lengthy alimony lawsuit procedures, especially if the person requesting it urgently needs it to meet the necessary requirements for his life. Therefore, the law gives the right to the alimony claimant to file a request for a temporary alimony to meet his needs until the alimony decision is issued in the substantive lawsuit.
