Under the hospitality of Al-Noor University College, the Iraqi Universities Debates Mondial was launched

In the presence of Assistant President of Mosul University for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Munir Al-Badran, and the Dean of Al-Noor University College, Professor Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, Al-Noor University College hosted debates between universities and private colleges in Ninawa province over two days as part of the Iraq University Debates Mondial. The opening ceremony included speeches, starting with a welcoming address by Professor Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, blending hospitality with an explanation of the competition's concept. This was followed by a speech from Dr. Muath Salem Abdul Rahman, President of the International Academy for Leadership and Development, who presented a documentary film about Al-Noor University College. Mr. Saad Saleh Dhayyab, the arbitration officer at the mondial , then discussed the competition's mechanisms between universities and private colleges in Ninawa province, urging the start of the competitions according to the draw system.
