The Third International Scientific Conference on the English Language, held under the theme of "AI and Technology in Languages, Humanities, Social Sciences, and Education," provided an excellent opportunity for a direct meeting between Prof. Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, Dean of Al-Noor University College, and Prof. Dr. Habes Mohammad Khalifa, President of Jadara University in Jordan, along with the accompanying academic team. A thorough and insightful dialogue took place between the two parties, elucidating the convergence between the two academic institutions and laying the groundwork for an agreement, culminating in the signing of a bilateral cooperation agreement. The agreement, signed by Prof. Dr. Habes Mohammad Khalifa on the Jordanian side and Prof. Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar on the Iraqi side, stipulates cooperation in the field of academic programs of mutual interest, scientific consultations, and research. Additionally, it includes collaboration in relevant scientific activities such as conferences, seminars, and workshops, as well as cooperation in postgraduate studies through joint supervision and thesis discussions. Furthermore, it encompasses collaboration in consultancy, continuing education, exchange of faculty expertise, and reciprocal visits between the two universities for both faculty members and students.
