Al-Noor University hosts the most prominent creators from all fields in Nineveh and contributes to honoring them.

"On a special day, and with a significant presence, the annual creative conference dedicated to the innovators of Nineveh was held within the premises of Al-Noor University in its seventh edition, encompassing various fields. This conference was attended by Professor Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, the President of Al-Noor University, Professor Dr. Jaafar Ramadan Mohammed, the Assistant President of Nineveh University for Scientific Affairs, and Dr. Ali Al-Zubaidi, the President of the International Union of Iraqi Innovators, along with heads and members of administrative bodies of the Union's branches in Iraq. It was the result of collaboration between Al-Noor University and the International Union of Iraqi Innovators, who coined the slogan ""Nineveh, the Civilization, a Sun that Never Sets."" More than 85 distinguished personalities were honored during the event for their outstanding contributions and uniqueness, whether within their professional spheres or in various creative endeavors where their talents shine. Each of them received a specially designed shield tailored for the conference. The certificates were presented by Professor Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, the President of Al-Noor University, Professor Dr. Jaafar Ramadan Mohammed, the Assistant President of Nineveh University, and Dr. Ali Al-Zubaidi, the President of the Union.
Before the commencement of the award ceremony, speeches were delivered by the President of Al-Noor University and the International Union, accompanied by videos representing the city, the university, and the Union."
