Close look on Al-Noor Counsel, Dr. Khazal Fathi Zidan Al-Badrani, Dean of the College of Education at Al-Noor University

He obtained a diploma from the Teacher Preparing Institution in 1974, a bachelor's degree in Arabic language from the College of Education at the University of Mosul in 1985, a master's degree in Arabic language from the College of Arts at the University of Mosul in 1990, and a doctorate in language and grammar from the College of Arts at the University of Mosul in 1996. He has published 23 papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals, reviewed over 215 master's theses and doctoral dissertations, supervised 33 theses and 7 dissertations, and authored and published three books in the fields of language, grammar, and semantics. He served as the head of the Arabic Language Department at Al-Noor University College from 2018 until the college became a university.
