In an effort to strengthen active engagement with the job market, the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department at Al-Noor University held a meeting with beneficiaries and employers. The meeting, moderated by Dr. Ismail Abdulwahab and managed by Dr. Nadhim Alawi, Director of Quality Assurance at the university, was attended by representatives from the sectors that typically employ graduates, especially the Nineveh Health Directorate and the General Directorate of Education. The discussion focused on identifying the necessary skills and knowledge in the field to reinforce them during the student preparation stages, with an emphasis on adhering to institutional and programmatic accreditation standards that align with labor market requirements and the needs of beneficiaries. The aim is to maximize societal benefit through the provision of relevant research and community studies.
