At the start of the 2024-2025 academic year, Al-Noor University held a comprehensive meeting for the faculty of its seven colleges. The meeting was chaired by Professor Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, the university president, and was managed by Dr. Bashar Mahmoud Ali and Assistant Professor Dr. Ismail Abdul Wahab, the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs. During the meeting, the decisions and directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research were presented, including the evaluation standards for universities. The university also discussed the support provided to faculty members to continue their contributions in scientific research and participation in various activities. Additionally, the meeting covered the mechanisms for quality assurance, institutional performance, and the university’s ongoing efforts to complete its projects related to peer-reviewed scientific journals, research centers, and exploring new fields.
