Alnoor University Lecturer Unveils Philosophical Roots of Civil Law.

Dr. Rana Saad Shaker Al-Sufi, a lecturer at the Faculty of Law at Alnoor University and a member of the University Council, has published a new scientific research paper exploring the foundational rules of Civil law.
titled 'Philosophical Foundations for Formulating Civil Law.' The research was published in the Tikrit University Journal of Law, a peer-reviewed scientific journal.
