Alnoor University's College of Engineering held an explanatory workshop on the Mosul and Badush Dams.

In the presence of Professor Dr. Yasin Taha Al-Hijjar, President of Alnoor University, the College of Engineering On Tuesday morning, 10/8/2024, as part of the university’s continuing education program, a discussion session was held on the Mosul and Badush Dams. It included a scientific presentation of the reality of the Mosul Dam, the ongoing grouting work on its foundations, and the feasibility of constructing the Badush Dam. The workshop lectures were given by the Senior Chief Engineer Hatem Tayeb, Director of the Mosul Dam Project, and the Senior Geologist at the Mosul Dam, Marwan Abdul-Ilah. They also answered the attendees’ questions and interacted with the interventions presented by the college’s instructors.
