The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Department at Alnoor University is holding its first meeting.

The Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance at Alnoor University convened its inaugural meeting on Saturday, October 26, 2024. Chaired by department head Dr. Ahmed Saeed Rashid Altaee, the meeting centered on preparations for the upcoming Counseling and Educational Guidance Week, scheduled for November 24-28, 2024.
 Attendees underscored the importance of crafting a dedicated program for this event. Furthermore, the meeting discussed the establishment of guidance units within each college and the allocation of a weekly counseling hour across all university colleges. The department's annual plan for the current academic year, along with the implementation of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research's comprehensive guidance guide, was also reviewed. The meeting concluded with the assignment of college guidance unit heads to oversee counseling and educational initiatives, collaborate with central and subcommittees, and provide necessary support to students.
