A preliminary virtual meeting was held between Alnoor University and a Malaysian University.

A virtual meeting was held between Alnoor University and MSU Malaysia, where discussions took place on several academic matters, including postgraduate studies, scientific research collaboration, student exchange, and the establishment of joint medical research centers between the two universities, as well as academic visits.
The meeting was attended by Alnoor University's Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Ismail Abdul Wahab , along with staff members from the Scientific Affairs Department and the Public Relations Unit. Dr. Ismail Ibrahim from the Alnoor Center for Epidemiological Research and Dr. Omar Ismail from the Electronic Computing Center at the University of Mosul also participated, with Dr. Omar serving as the coordinator and liaison with the Malaysian side. From the Malaysian side, the meeting was attended by the Head of External Relations and the Dean of the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, as well as the Dean of the Center for Studies and Research at MSU University.
