Dr. Mohammed Abdul-Jabbar Yahya Al-Mawla an assistant lecturer in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the College of Education. , Alnoor University, and currently serving as the Director of Student Activities at the university, obtained his PhD from the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Mosul. His dissertation, titled "Spiritual Leadership, Teamwork Characteristics, and Their Role in Organizational Processes from the Perspective of Members of the Iraqi National Sports Federations' Committees,"
was successfully defended on Monday morning, December 30, 2024, in a discussion conducted by a panel of qualified faculty members from the Universities of Mosul and Kirkuk.
