A professor from the College of Dentistry participates in the doctoral student's defense at Hawler Medical University.

Dr. Nawfel Abdulmalek Abdulfattah Zakaria, a professor at the College of Dentistry, Al-Noor University, participated as a committee member in the doctoral defense of Mahmoud Fawzi Abduljabbar. The defense took place at the Department of Dentistry in Hawler Medical University. The dissertation was titled "Antibacterial assessment of nanoparticles modified bio-ceramic endodontic sealer." The defense occurred at the end of April, with Dr. Diyar Khalid Bakr chairing the committee. Other members included Dr. Salar Adnan Ahmed, Dr. Emad Farhan Ali, Dr. Mohammed Mondher Abdul Razzaq, and Dr. Shakhwan Qadir Qadir.
