Alnoor University hosted an awareness meeting on explosives, in collaboration with the Nineveh Explosives Control Department.

In the presence of Professor Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, President of Alnoor University, the university, in cooperation with the Explosives Control Department in Nineveh, held an awareness lecture session on Tuesday 10/15/2024, warning of the dangers of explosives and their impact on civilians. Brigadier General Ahmed Adnan Harjan, Director of the Explosives Control Department in Nineveh, and First Lieutenant Zaid Salem Muhammad participated in the session.
And the deputy corporal Omar Ghanem Salem and the biological employee Ibrahim Fathallah Ibrahim. The awareness meeting was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Nabil Ahmed Gerges, Assistant to the President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Ismail Abdel Wahab, Assistant to the President of the University for Scientific Affairs, and Professor Dr. Khazal Fathi Zidane, Dean of College of Education. At the conclusion of the meeting, the university president awarded the Shield of Light to the Nineveh Explosives Control Department and presented certificates of thanks and appreciation to the lecturers for their efforts in preparing and delivering the lectures.
