Application Instructions and Requirements for Alnoor University.

The instructions and requirements for applying to Alnoor University are subject to the Student Guide for the academic year (2024 / 2025), just like other universities and private colleges in Iraq. Applications are submitted through a special electronic program developed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Department of Private Higher Education / Central Admission. The application process begins as follows:

Step One: This process starts by downloading the application for the Department of Private Higher Education, where the student’s information is entered as follows:

1- The student selects a username, password, and phone number (to ensure that the account is not previously used)

2- The system captures a live photo of the student.

3- The system scans , the front and back of the unified national ID card.

4- When the personal photo matches the one on the national ID card, the system creates the account.  

Step Two: After the account has been created, the student uses the application to begin filling out and validating the information.

Step Three: The student submits electronic registration requests to the private university or college. The electronic forms must include (4) four choices from the general admission channel, in addition to two forms for those eligible for submission under the special channels.

Step Four: The student is registered in the department where their application has been accepted.
