The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the launch of the second phase related to filling out data and electronically verifying it, as well as uploading supporting documents according to the type of student applying to universities and private colleges for the academic year 2024/2025.
The ministry called on those wishing to apply to download the PEAS application, create an account themselves, and complete the verification process using a live photo of the student and their national ID card, as well as accurately filling out the study data related to the type of study and electronically verifying it.
It clarified that students whose data is available through the admission system can verify their data themselves. If there are any issues with the data, electronic booking can be made to consult the Department of Private University Education or one of the universities/colleges according to the specified geographical area.
The ministry also indicated that the next phase to be announced will include activating admission channels and registering students’ university choices based on their grades, type of study, and the admission criteria outlined in the application guide.
