Two lecturers at Alnoor University give a lecture at the French Cultural Institute on the impact of Arabic literature on European literature.

The French Cultural Institute in Nineveh hosted Professor Dr. Ghanem Said Hassan Al-Jalabi, a lecturer in the Department of Arabic Language at the College of Education. , Alnoor University. He delivered a lecture on the influence of Arabs and Muslims in the fields of storytelling and narrative on European literature, titled "The Influence of Ibn Tufail’s 'Hayy ibn Yaqdhan' on Daniel Defoe's 'Robinson Crusoe'." The event was held both in-person and online. Professor Dr. Mohammed Zuhair Zidan, a lecturer at Alnoor University, participated in the event and took on the responsibility of presenting and managing the French language segment.
