With the participation and support of Alnoor University, the program Certified Trainer Preparation in Soft Skills Development was launched
In the presence of Professor Dr. Alia Alattar, President of the Northern Technical University, and in collaboration with the College of the Gulf and the International Institute for Training and Institutional Development (iiTiD), the training program titled “Certified Trainer Preparation in Soft Skills Development for Faculty Members, Teachers, Trainers, and Academic Professionals was launched in Nineveh Governorate, running from 21–24/12/2025
The workshop witnessed broad academic and institutional attendance, and it was attended by Professor Dr. Ismail Abdulwahhab Ismail, The Assistant President of Alnoor University for Scientific Affairs, representing the university, confirming its commitment to supporting professional development programs and enhancing scientific partnerships that contribute to improving the quality of education and building the capacities of academic staff
The workshop outcomes addressed multiple areas, including: developing communication and educational leadership skills, enhancing critical thinking, activating feedback tools to improve academic performance, applying soft skills in blended learning, and enabling students to express themselves and develop their abilities, in addition to implementing academic practices according to quality and accreditation standards. The program also included granting participation certificates and professional accreditation for participants according to the organizing and accredited authorities.
