Professor Dr. Hussein Ali Ahmed served as a keynote speaker at the Fourth English Language Conference

Professor Dr. Hussein Ali Ahmed Aljarjari, a specialist in Applied Linguistics, is participating as a keynote speaker at the proceedings of the 4th International Scientific Conference on the English Language, organized by Alnoor and Alhamdaniya Universities.
He holds a PhD in Applied Linguistics from the University of Stirling, Scotland, UK, 1990, and has supervised 18 PhD students and 35 Master’s students
 He has served as chairperson and member in 170 master’s and doctoral defense committees and has 63 published research papers, including 11 papers in international journals. He has participated in 4 training courses in the United Kingdom, the United States, Jordan, and Finland
He is a member of the Iraqi Translators Association
and a member of the Advisory Board of the Indian journal IJIRG. His most recent position was Dean of the College of Languages at Nawroz University in Duhok.
