In the presence of Dr. Bashar Mahmoud Ali, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Alnoor University, and as part of the Creativity and Entrepreneurship Week held at Alnoor University, the Department of Law organized College of Law and Political Science On Sunday morning, a scientific lecture was delivered addressing the topic of regulating legal acts. It was presented by the notary publics Ashraf Nizar Khattab and Zakaria Jamal Ahmed, during which they reviewed the mechanisms for certifying powers of attorney and legal notices and their types, explaining the most important procedures followed in their preparation and their role in safeguarding rights and documenting legal transactions.
The lecture was attended by a number of faculty members and department students, and it was interspersed with scientific discussions that contributed to enhancing students’ applied legal knowledge and linking the theoretical aspect with practical practice in judicial institutions.
