The Dean of the College of Technical Engineering at Alnoor University delivered the first research paper at the 12th Specialized Symposium of the University of Mosul

Assistant Professor Professor Dr. Kamel Ali Almohseen Dean of the College of Technical Engineering, At Alnoor University, he delivered the first research paper at the twelfth specialized scientific symposium organized by the Center for Dam Research and Water Resources Management at the University of Mosul, in cooperation with the Mosul Dam Project Administration, under the slogan: (Turkish and Iraqi dams on the Tigris River between sovereignty and mutual benefit sharing)where he presented his research entitled (Resolving the dispute over the Euphrates River basin).
