The Head of the Department of Law Participates in the Defense of a Doctoral Dissertation at the University of Mosul

Assistant Professor The Assistant Professor Dr. Bashar Rasheed Hussain,Head of the Department of Law at College of Law and Political Science On Wednesday, 3 June 2026, he served as a member of the PhD dissertation defense committee for the dissertation submitted by the student, Safar Yousif Saleem, entitled: (The Legal Acts of Administration in the Era of Globalization – A Comparative Study,) at the College of Law, University of Mosul.

The dissertation addressed an important legal topic that keeps pace with contemporary developments and the impact of globalization on the legal acts of public administration through a comparative study. The study aimed to clarify the legal and regulatory dimensions of this subject and to highlight the most significant challenges and modern trends associated with it.

This scholarly participation comes as part of the College of Law and Political Science’s commitment to strengthening its scientific and academic presence and contributing to the discussion of research and postgraduate studies, in a manner that supports the advancement of scientific research and enhances cooperation among Iraqi academic institutions.
