The results of the 2022 IU GreenMetric World University Rankings have been announced, with Al-Noor University College achieving the 18th position out of 39 private Iraqi universities and colleges featured in the ranking. This marks an improvement of more than ten places compared to the previous ranking. The UI GreenMetric is a ranking system focused on environmental and sustainability criteria, issued by the University of Indonesia since 2010. It evaluates universities based on criteria such as infrastructure (15%), energy and climate change (21%), waste management (18%), water usage (10%), transportation (18%), and education and research (18%).
