Al-Noor University College hosts a symposium on issues of media, publishing, and electronic blackmail.

Al-Noor University College, in collaboration with the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, Nineveh branch, Mosul 24 platform, and Al-Noor Radio, organized a discussion symposium titled 'Our Society is Our Responsibility.' The symposium addressed issues related to publishing, media, electronic blackmail, and offensive content.
The event began with verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a speech from the Dean of Al-Noor University College, Professor Dr. Yaseen Taha Al-Hajjar, and a speech from the President of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate in Nineveh, Mr. Nawfal Al-Rawi. The Iraqi national anthem, Al-Noor University anthem, and the Journalists Syndicate anthem were also played.

The symposium saw the participation of several media professionals, journalists, and content creators. The session was moderated by media professional Ya'rub Al-Salim, with the first lecture delivered by Dr. Daoud Hussein, who specializes in international law. The second lecture, focusing on the criminal responsibility in publishing offensive content, was delivered by Dr. Faris Ahmed.
