The Iraqi Ministry of Health has awarded the title of consultant to Dr. Omar Qutaiba Badr al-Din Al-Lela, Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy at A-Noor University College. This is the highest medical title granted by the Iraqi Ministry of Health to medical professionals. This title places Dr. Omar Al-Lela among the pioneering leaders in this field in Iraq. Furthermore, he is the first pharmacist in Nineveh Governorate to achieve this title among his peers.
