In an expression of active communication and in order to strengthen the bonds of cooperation and integration, a delegation from the Popular Mobilization Forces Operations Command visited the Presidency of Alnoor University, carrying a fragrant bouquet of flowers presented to Dr. Bashar Mahmoud Ali during a meeting held on the university campus. The meeting included a cordial discussion aimed at unifying and further developing joint efforts among all parties toward serving the community. The delegation expressed its happiness at the emergence of a new Iraqi university, established from a long-standing and prestigious college, on the land of Nineveh.
