Journalists from Nineveh congratulate Alnoor University on the occasion of its commencement as the first private university on the land of Nineveh

The presence of various figures, institutions, professional associations, and unions operating in Nineveh continues at Alnoor University to extend congratulations to its academic community on the occasion of its transformation from a college into a university. On Thursday, 2/5/2024, a delegation from the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate in Nineveh, headed by media professional Nawfal Alrawi, Head of the Syndicate’s Nineveh Branch, visited the university and met with Dr. Bashar Mahmoud Ali. Discussions focused on maintaining and further strengthening cooperation between the two sides. The head of the delegation conveyed to the university’s community the greetings, congratulations, and happiness of the Head of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, Iraqi journalist Moayad Allami, regarding this significant and positive transformation. The delegation then presented Dr. Bashar Mahmoud Ali with a uniquely printed and elegantly bound copy of the Holy Qur’an, as an expression of the noble meaning represented by the work of this institution, its firm belief in values, justice, and academic integrity.
