The German delegation involved in the Cultural Heritage Digitization Project visited Alnoor University on Thursday, 2 May 2024. The visit was part of a collaborative program between Brandenburg University and the University of Mosul. The delegation met with the President of Alnoor University, Prof. Dr. Yassin Taha Alhajar, and Dr. Bashar Mahmoud Ali. A tour of the university campus was organized for the guests, during which they visited its clinics, laboratories, halls, and radio station. Some members of the delegation also participated in interviews broadcast on Alnoor FM Radio. Following the university visit, the German delegation was taken on a tour of the left bank of Mosul and the Old City aboard the university’s open-top tourist bus.
