A member of the Nineveh Provincial Council visits Al-Noor University and extends congratulations to its community.

Mr. Wissam Salem, a member of the Nineveh Provincial Council and Chairman of the Culture, Tourism, and Antiquities Committee, visited Al-Noor University. During his visit, he met with the university's president, Professor Dr. Yaseen Taha Al-Hajjar, and presented him with a bouquet of flowers as a gesture of happiness for the transformation of this academic institution into the first private university in Nineveh and the sixth university in the city. Mr. Salem also attended the honorary ceremony organized by the university to mark the conclusion of the Mosul Heritage Day events, where he was awarded a certificate of appreciation presented to him by the university president.
