A professor from the College of Law at Al-Noor University has published a new book on the legal framework of litigation procedures.

The assistant lecturer Zainab Ahmed Al-Ani from the College of Law at Al-Noor University, who is also seconded to the Continuing Education Department at the university's headquarters, has published a new book titled "The Legal Framework for Litigation Procedures before the International Court of Justice." The book explores the various legal procedures that disputing parties must follow, particularly when a conflict poses a threat to international peace and security, as per the United Nations Charter. This work has been published by Mashki Publishing House in Nineveh.
