A professor from Al-Noor University chaired a thesis defense committee for a student from the University of Mosul.

Dr. Shaker Mahmoud Saeed, a professor at the College of Pharmacy at Al-Noor University, chaired the master's thesis defense committee for the student Raed Hussein Abdullah. The thesis, titled (Preparation and Characterization of Heterocyclic Compounds Derived from Phthalimide Derivatives and Study of Their Biological Activity,)was submitted to the College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Mosul.
The defense took place on the morning of Thursday, August 1, 2024, and the committee included Assistant Professor Dr. Huda Ahmed Basheer from the University of Zakho, and Assistant Professors Dr. Ghufran Thannoon Sadeq and Dr. Anwar Abdul Ghani Fathi from the University of Mosul.
