Alnoor University's College of Pharmacy organized an awareness seminar in September to commemorate Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.

On the occasion of adopting September as an annual date for global awareness of childhood cancer, and in the presence of Professor Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, President of Alnoor University, and Professor Dr. Talal Al-Salman, Dean of College of Dentistry , Asst. Prof Dr. Omar
 Qutaiba Al-Lela, Dean of the College of Pharmacy, and under the supervision of Dr. Muslim Laith, the Deanship of the College of Pharmacy at Noor University held a symposium on spreading awareness about this disease and its treatment on Sunday morning, September 29, 2024. Dr. Mu’ayyad Aziz Al-Abdeli and Dr. Muslim Laith, lecturers at the college, and Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Qutaiba Badr Al-Din Al-Lela, the Dean of College of Pharmacy At the university, Dr. Nimatullah Ahmed and Dr. Rahma Udayd.
