Alnour University: Planting knowledge and trees, one at a time.

In a pioneering environmental step, Alnoor University is actively participating in the first tree-planting campaign in Nineveh city, under the generous patronage of the head of Nineveh Governorate Council. Under the slogan "A Tree for Every Citizen," the campaign kicked off on Thursday, October 24, 2024, with a large number of students and faculty members from the university gathering to plant thousands of trees in various parts of the city.
The campaign began in the Al-Ghabat area and then extended to other designated areas. Alnoor University has dedicated a second phase of the campaign to be implemented independently, planting 1,000 saplings along a five-kilometer stretch of the central island of the street, starting from the checkpoint near the Traffic Directorate and extending to the Al-Shalalat area.
