The proceedings of the joint international conference between Tal Afar University and Alnoor University continue.

For the second consecutive day, Dr. Abdul Aziz Ahmed Aziz, President of Tal Afar University, attended the ongoing proceedings of the first international scientific conference organized by Alnoor University and Tal Afar University under the theme:
"Enhancing Educational Outcomes in the Outskirts of Cities: Challenges and Opportunities for Sustainable Development."
The sessions of the conference were held at Tal Afar University.
