Alnoor University participates in the events of Science Week in Karbala.

With the presence of His Excellency, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, along with his deputies and general directors in the ministry, Alnoor University participated in the week organized by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education.
This week was dedicated to bringing together all Iraqi public and private universities with over 100 Iranian universities.
The event is part of the Ministry’s initiative to establish international agreements and promote research collaboration with regional and global countries, enhancing scientific openness between Iraqi and international universities.
The second edition of Science Week, held in Karbala from January 18 to 20, witnessed the signing of twinning agreements with Iranian universities. Representing Alnoor University were Professor Dr. Yaseen Taha Al-Hajjar , the President of the University, Assistant Professor Dr. Ismail Abdul Wahab , the University’s Vice President for Scientific Affairs, and Dr. Hani Muslim , the University Council Secretary.
 It is noteworthy that Alnoor University has a memorandum of understanding with both Sanandaj Kurdistan University and Razi University in Iran. Alnoor University has achieved significant accomplishments, including:
Inviting Sanandaj and Razi Universities to attend the 3rd International Conference of the College of Education. An invitation to participate in the English Department's conference on Artificial Intelligence in Humanities Research.
Faculty members from Islamic Azad University of Isfahan attended the 2nd Sustainable Development Conference at Alnoor University.
A representative from Kurdistan University of Sanandaj delivered an applied lecture on humanities sciences and applications.
Kurdistan University of Sanandaj participated as a supporter in the Artificial Intelligence Conference in Egypt.
