The First International Conference on the Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools in Scientific Research, organized by Alnoor University and the University of Mosul, continued its sessions on the first day, Sunday, January 26, 2025, at Helwan University in Egypt. After the opening session, which featured a comprehensive introductory video about Alnoor University, a panel discussion was held.
During the panel, Dr. Yaseen Taha Al-Hajjar , President of Alnoor University, discussed the role of sports at the university.
Dr. Munir Taha Al-Badrani, Vice President of the University of Mosul for Scientific Affairs, addressed the expansion of scientific research in the age of artificial intelligence. Dr. Khazal Fathi Zidan, Dean of the College of Education at Alnoor University, spoke about the Arabic language and its significance in artificial intelligence. Dr. Wissam Neamat, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, discussed how to develop legislation on this matter. Dr. Hazem Dhinoon Ismail Al-Sebawi, Dean of the College of Education for Humanities at the University of Mosul, focused on the role of AI in training educators. Lastly, Dr. Thaer Al-Samman, Dean of the College of Business and Economics at the University of Mosul, shared insights into AI applications in the field of economics.
The session was moderated by Dr. Ismail Abdul Wahab, ,Vice President for Scientific Affairs at Alnoor University, who posed questions to the panelists.
