A Delegation from Alnoor University Visits the Pyramids of Egypt and Engages in Discussions with Officials

A delegation from Alnoor University, participating in the First Global Conference on the Application of Artificial Intelligence in Scientific Research, visited the Pyramids. The delegation was welcomed by Mr. Ezzat Salama, the Chief Inspector of Antiquities at the Pyramid site, and Dr. Mahmoud Al-Hosary, Head of the Department of Ancient Egyptian Languages at the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities. Both provided comprehensive explanations about the Pyramids, as well as the ongoing and future efforts to discover all the hidden chambers within the pyramid walls. They also explained the management of the site and its tourism investment, including how students in tourism and archaeology are practically trained at the site. It is worth mentioning that the conference, hosted by Helwan University in Egypt, was held in collaboration with Alnoor University and the University of Mosul. The delegation visiting the Pyramids was led by Professor Dr. Yaseen Taha Al-Hajjar , President of Alnoor University, accompanied by Dr. Ismail Abdul Wahab, , Assistant to the President of the University, Dr. Nabil Ahmed Jirjis, Administrative Assistant, Professor Dr. Khazal Fathi, Dean of the College of Education. at Alnoor University, Dr. Nabil Nour El-Din, Associate Dean of the College of Arts , and Dr. Mohammed Zohair Zidan, Director of Cultural Relations at the University Presidency.
