As part of the final preparations for the Second Law Conference between the Colleges of Law at Alnoor and Nineveh Universities, titled "The Role of Legislations in Achieving Legal Security," scheduled to be held from February 11 to 12, 2025, a joint meeting was convened. Representing Alnoor University were Ismail Abdulwahhab Ismail Assistant President for Scientific Affairs; Dr. Ahmed Mustafa, Dean of the College of Law; andDr. Hassan Albanan faculty member in the Law Department. Representing Nineveh University was Dr. Bashar Rashid. The meeting focused on finalizing the opening program, organizing and managing the conference sessions, drafting and completing invitation letters, and identifying key figures and entities to be invited.
