The third and final session of the Second International Law Conference was convened.

Alnoor University and Nineveh University convened the third and final session of their Second International Conference on the Role of Legislation in Achieving Legal Security, chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Nashwan Mohammed Suleiman, with the assistance of Assistant Lecturer Firas Mashhal.
The session featured the presentation of eight research papers, including:
"Defining the Furnished Housing Lease Contract: A Comparative Analytical Study" by Professor Dr. Sahar Mohammed Najib and Professor Dr. Yusra Walid Ibrahim; "The Role of the Federal Supreme Court in Developing Constitutional Law and Its Contribution to Supporting Legal Security and Democratic Governance in Iraq," presented online by Assistant Professor Dr. Hind Ali Mohammed; "The Principle of Legislative Stability Between Legal Security and Substantive Rules" by Lecturer Dr. Yazan Saeb Ahmed and Lecturer Dr. Neamat Mohammed Mustafa; "Legal Security in Referring Employees to Administrative Investigation" by Lecturer Dr. Khaldoun Fadel Ali and Lecturer Dr. Mohammed Mudhar Yahya; "The Role of Local Government in Enhancing and Protecting Legal Security" by Lecturer Dr. Ammar Marai Al-Hassan; "Psychological Security and Its Relationship to Criminal Behavior Among Primary School Dropouts in Nineveh Province" by Lecturer Dr. Ahmed Saeed Rasheed; and "The Role of Contractual Negotiations in Achieving Legal Security: A Comparative Study" by Assistant Lecturer Firas Mashhal Abdul Jabbar and Assistant Lecturer Buthaina Ouda Hamadi. This session concluded the conference with insightful discussions and valuable contributions.
