A Glimpse into the Proceedings of the Second International Law Conference

The proceedings of the Second International Scientific Conference concluded at Alnoor University on the afternoon of Wednesday, February 12, 2025. The conference was organized by the Colleges of Law at Alnoor University and Nineveh University under the theme "The Role of Legislation in Achieving Legal Security." The event featured six sessions, including an opening session, a discussion session, three research presentation sessions, and a closing session. A total of 22 research papers were presented, 21 in person and one online.
The conference was distinguished by the presence of high-ranking officials and prominent figures, including the President of the University of Mosul, the Deputy Chairman of the Nineveh Provincial Council, representatives from National Security and Forensic Evidence departments, and several tribal leaders. During the conference, honorary shields and certificates of participation were awarded to all researchers. Additionally, the conference recommendations were presented in the final session.
