Prof. Dr. Saad Ali Hasan Al-Taan Dean of the College of Engineering at Alnoor University, participated in the regional conference organized by the American Concrete Institute (ACI), representing the Iraq Chapter of ACI. The conference was held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from February 12–13, 2025, and focused on sustainability in the production and design of concrete and reinforced concrete, as well as measures to reduce carbon emissions. The event featured lectures delivered by academics, researchers, and experts from the concrete manufacturing sector.
