
With the direct field presence of Dr. Khalid Awni Al-Mukhtar, Director of the Civil Status, Passports, and Residency Directorate in Nineveh, along with Brigadier General Hikmat Daham, Deputy Director, and Dr. Bashar Mahmoud, Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Alnoor University, a mobile station for the Unified National Card team was set up at the university headquarters on the morning of Tuesday, February 25, 2025. This initiative, launched by the directorate in active collaboration with Alnoor University, aimed to facilitate the issuance of the Unified National Card for university staff and their families. Prior coordination between the team and university staff ensured proper scheduling and necessary arrangements for those who had yet to obtain their cards. To streamline the process, the university community and their families were divided into two groups, with designated appointment slots throughout the day. An electronic queue system was implemented to organize the workflow, ensuring a smooth and efficient card issuance process for all.
