The Dean of the College of Education at Alnoor University participates as a member of the PhD dissertation defense committee at the University of Mosul.

Assistant Professor Professor Dr. Khzaal Fahti Zaidan Dean of the College of Education. at Alnoor University, participated as a member of the PhD dissertation defense committee for candidate Mohammed Jasem Mohammed Al-Nuaimi. The dissertation, titled "Al-Kafiyah in the Science of Grammar by Hussein Jalabi Ali Al-Adarnawi (d. 1050 AH): Authentication and Study," was submitted to the College of Arts at the University of Mosul. The defense took place on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, and was chaired by Professor Dr. Abdulwahab Al-Adawani.
