As part of the dynamic and creative collaboration among the universities of Nineveh Governorate, Al-Hamdaniya University and Alnoor University signed a bilateral twinning agreement at noon on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. The agreement outlines avenues for cooperation between the two institutions across available academic fields and corresponding colleges and departments. It also emphasizes the adoption and expansion of joint scientific activities. The agreement was signed on behalf of Al-Hamdaniya University by its President, Prof. Dr. Aqil Yahya Al-Araji , and on behalf of Alnoor University by its President, Prof. Dr. Yaseen Taha Al-Hajjar,The signing ceremony was attended by vice presidents of both universities as well as deans of the respective colleges involved.
