A Seminar on Cyberbullying Held in Collaboration Between Al-Noor University and the Northern Technical University

n collaboration between the Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance at the Presidency of Al-Noor University and the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit at the College of Computer Engineering Technology and Artificial Intelligence of the Northern Technical University, a scientific seminar was held on the morning of Thursday, April 10, 2025, under the title "Cyberbullying and Its Negative Impact on Society." The keynote lecture was delivered by Dr. Ahmed Saeed Rashid Director of the Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance at Al-Noor University.
 In his lecture, he addressed the forms and types of cyberbullying that affect individuals within society. The discussion highlighted the harms and psychological effects of bullying, emphasizing how it can lead to frustration and a loss of motivation among students.
The seminar concluded with recommendations aimed at raising awareness of the concept of cyberbullying and the importance of confronting it—reflecting the university’s commitment to fostering a healthy and safe educational environment.
